Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

• You can cancel your order at any time before the product is shipped.
• To cancel, please contact our customer support team immediately at:

  o Telephone: 07292-410540
  Please provide your Order ID and registered mobile number/email when requesting cancellation.

2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch
Once your order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled through the portal.
However:

• You may choose to refuse delivery of the order at the time of arrival.
• Once the product is returned to us, we will initiate a refund after verifying the product condition.

Note: Shipping and handling charges (if any) are non-refundable in case of refused delivery due to change of mind.
3. Cancellation for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

• COD orders can be canceled via email or phone before dispatch.
• Repeated cancellations of COD orders may lead to account restrictions to protect against misuse.

4. Cancellation by Shakti Home
We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following cases:

• The product is out of stock or discontinued.
• Pricing or description errors due to technical issues.
• Fraudulent or suspicious transactions are detected.
• Delivery address is unserviceable by our logistics partners.
  In such cases:
• You will be notified via email or phone.
• A full refund will be initiated immediately to the original payment method.

5. Refund After Cancellation

Credit/Debit Card Original source 5–7 business days
UPI / Net Banking Same bank account 3–7 business days
Wallet / Paytm etc. Same wallet 2–4 business days
COD Bank transfer (details required) 7–10 business days
If your refund is delayed beyond the above timeframes, please contact our team
with your Order ID.
6. Legal Compliance
Our cancellation and refund policies are fully compliant with:

• Consumer Protection Act, 2019
• Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020
• Information Technology Act, 2000 and its applicable rules
