Return & Refund Policy
1. Return Eligibility Criteria
Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days of receiving the product. Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
A. The product is unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.
B. It is returned in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and invoice.
C. The product is damaged, defective, wrongly delivered, or not functioning as intended.
Note: Change of mind is not a valid reason for return unless allowed under specific promotional terms.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
1. Email us at support@shaktihome.in or call 07292-410540 within 7 days of delivery.
2. Mention your Order ID, product name, reason for return, and attach clear photos or videos (if applicable).
3. Our support team will verify the claim and arrange a reverse pickup if eligible.
4. A technician visit may be arranged in case of installation-related issues before the return is approved.
3. Non-Returnable Products
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
A. Product is damaged due to improper use, installation, power surge, or mishandling.
B. Product is missing original packaging or any part/accessory.
C. Product shows signs of installation or usage (e.g., ceiling fans installed on walls).
D. Products sold during special promotions or marked as “Non-returnable” on the product page.
4. Refund Policy
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, a refund will be processed as follows:

5. Replacement Policy
We offer free replacement in the following cases:
A. You received a physically damaged or broken product.
B. The product has manufacturing defects.
C. You received an incorrect product.
Replacement Process:
D. Report the issue within 7 days of delivery.
E. Send photographs/videos to support@shaktihome.in.
F. Upon verification, a replacement will be initiated and shipped within 2–5 business days.
G. Reverse pickup of the original item is mandatory before dispatching a replacement.
6. Shipping Costs on Returns
A. If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, wrong item), return shipping is free.
B. If the return is due to customer error (e.g., incorrect product ordered), the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
7. Cancellation Policy
A. Orders can be canceled only before dispatch.
B. Post-shipping, cancellations are treated as returns and are subject to return policies.
C. Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days.
8. Warranty & Repairs
Products come with a manufacturer warranty ranging from 1 to 5 years depending on the product type. Warranty service is available via service centers or home visits for select appliances. Please retain the invoice and warranty card for future claims.
